Seeking for a Help Desk Analyst based in Las Vegas, NV to support local and field users in a rapidly expanding company in the Hospitality industry. As a Help Desk Analyst, you must have a passion for solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.

What you get to do every day

  • Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally 
  • Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
  • Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
  • Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
  • Comprehension of basic networking concepts – 2+ years of prior experience
  • Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
  • Active Directory experience
  • Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
