Requirements
- Design and create Chatbot content regardless of the platform.
- Generate the content script rather than configure it in the systems.
- Develop systems and design infrastructure necessary to support both business and technical integration needs.
- Assess system performance against stated requirements.
- Generate and review technical documentation and provide feedback on system requirements and other key development and deployment activities.
- Reviews test results and evaluate for conformance to design.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or technical discipline is required.
- Experience in Chatbot and writing scripts.
- Experience in debugging and correcting errors in code
- Software development and implementation experience
- Experience using Java, Spring, Hibernate, Groovy, JavaScript, ECMA6, ReactJS
- Strong Understanding and experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in Web Services Design, Testing, and Implementation
- Ability to work with others on an Agile Scrum development team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, organizational, and issue resolution
