Carvechi Technology is hiring for a Financial Analyst based in Trevose, PENNSYLVANIA. The position is permanent and will work remote during COVID.

Indirect Sourcing Financial Analyst will partner with the global sourcing team to drive strategic initiatives to control the Indirect spend. This role requires strong analytical skills, an operational driven mindset, in addition to experience working with large sets of data. In the role, you will interface with finance, Business, and functional leaders to assess their indirect spends and analyze where we can optimize spend. This role will manage projects to improve the visibility to our indirect spend and create the analytical tools to track the spend You provide analysis of the indirect spend to support important business decisions and influence the broader team where policy changes are needed. This role has visibility within the global finance team, offers a steep learning curve and has potential for growth among the company and the broader Organization Group Finance community. This role requires a solid understanding of financial concepts, the Business, and systems, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Experience in sourcing Finance with SAP, Tableau, or similar systems and tools are a plus.

Main responsibilities
• Develop key performance Indicators for all Indirect cost buckets including logistics, purchased
• Services, supplies and tooling, and T&E
• Partner with the indirect procurement team to drive savings, validate assumptions and net impact.
• Analyze and assess transaction level details, and summarize results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop new analytics in Tableau to track cost savings and performance to budget.
• Partner with the broader Sourcing and Sourcing Finance team to implement new policies to influence the Indirect spend.
• Work with a cross-functional team to implement new operational tools to provide the visibility to properly control the indirect spend.
• Play key role in delving the annual budgeting process for all indirect cost buckets to set targets globally.
• Interface with the business leaders, functional leaders, and finance leaders to track their performance to plan and provide them with insights and opportunities and areas where they can Improve Provide detailed analysis of monthly variations to plan and to prior year.
• Review the Indirect sourcing savings for approval in the global tracking tool.
• Validate the savings for monthly reporting

Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work experience with demonstrated increases in levels of responsibility
• Solid grasp of core financial concepts.
• Ability to understand and execute accounting transactions.
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems and reporting & analysis tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Should have solid experience working with pivot tables, look-up functions, and charting tools.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior business leaders.
• Capability to translate complex financial sets of data into meaningful analysis and explanations.
• Demonstrated ability to execute against multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and execute improvement projects.
