Carvechi Technology is hiring for an Administrative Manager based in Winnemucca, NV.
Base Salary 125k
Responsibilities
• Provide business and financial acumen to the operations and finance team.
• Design, implement, and maintain a departmental structure that will create the capability to deliver the plans for the next two years
• Translate departmental objectives into individual roles for subordinates.
• Develop and mentor a finance team that supports key business processes with appropriate succession/backup
• Ensure appropriate 3-month near-term rolling cash-forecast for operation and rolling 12 month long-term cash forecasting needs are maintained.
• Create budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget.
• Bank forecasting experience
• Maintain site accountability for gold shipment and sales processes.
• Manage accounting departmental needs, Purchasing/Warehouse needs, IT needs, and Admin needs.
• All other job duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, or other related field required
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
• 5-10 years’ experience at Superintendent level preferred
• 5-7 years mining experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards in mining industry preferred
• Gold Hedging Experience preferred
• Demonstrate strong computer skills required
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the position required
