Requirements:
Several years of successfully identifying and recruiting extraordinary talent, both agency and internal recruiting experience preferred. Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process. Familiarity working through an ATS, Taleo experience preferred. Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, success as a top-performing recruiter and/or sourcer within a team environment. Superb client and change management expertise preferred. Polished communication and presentation skills, a track record of simultaneously managing several complex projects.
